CINCINNATI, OH — Jani-King of Cincinnati has acquired a 13,000-square-foot commercial office building as the company continues expansion plans and job creation, according to a press release.
Jani-King expects to move its Cincinnati regional support office from Norwood to the recently purchased building by September 1, 2010: The move is estimated to create additional jobs for the City of Fairfax, along with the 20 current employees who will be transferring from the company''s current location, the release stated.
In addition, the building will also provide office space for the more than 100 local Jani-King franchisees that the Cincinnati office currently supports, the release noted.
"We are extremely excited with the acquisition of the new facility and what it will mean to our franchisees and commercial cleaning clients," said Regional Director James Dixon.
