CIRI director resigns
Frank Wiley, the first executive director of the Cleaning Industry Research Institute (CIRI), decided to step down in September.
Wiley, a JanSan industry consultant, helped set up the research group with Castle Rock Industries CEO Dennis Meagher, Jim Harris of Concepts IV, and Humphrey Tyler of NTP Media in 2005.

In other CIRI news, the group’s second annual Cleaning Science Symposium will be held at the Marriott Conference Center at the University of Maryland in Adelphi from June 9 to 12, 2008.
The theme is Cleaning & Health — Making the Connection.
