CRT LAUNCHES HVAC EDUCATION-BASED WEBSITE
Shelby, N.C. – Controlled Release Technologies, Inc. (CRT), a leading manufacturer of over 15 HVAC products and chemicals, recently launched a new website to educate HVAC users and maintenance employees of problems encountered in the industry, and the solutions to them.
Found at www.cleanac.com, CRT’s website allows visitors to quickly and conviently learn the cause behind problems they have encountered. Both experienced HVAC contractors and those unfamiliar with the industry will benefit from being able to navigate the site and easily find the solution that fits their situation.
“For our website, I wanted something user-friendly, that could be easily understood by contractors, engineers, and managers,” said Lynn Burkhart, president and founder of CRT. “I wanted something that pushed the problem buttons encountered throughout the industry, and used current, proven industry data to inform visitors that solutions do exist.”
To make this design a reality, CRT hired Don Grothoff, a seasoned web marketing consultant. With 15 years experience in web design, and 14 years in sales and marketing, Grothoff has built and marketed hundreds of websites for small to medium sized businesses across the U.S.
"CRT took a different approach right off the bat with their website compared to a majority of the clients I have managed," stated Grothoff. "They focused their site goal to speak directly to the needs of their target market. Most of the time it takes quite a while to get that to sink in, but not with CRT."
In addition to www.cleanac.com, CRT launched a blog site at www.crttipster.com, created a YouTube channel with problem podcasts and product application videos, and developed both Facebook and Linked In business profiles. All this was done to provide visitors with quality information and instant search results.
“For me, it is important that our company remain a living, breathing entity on the internet,” said Jonathan Dunagin, CRT Marketing Director. “Not only do we need to remain aprised of current news and trends, but now through social media, we need to reach out more to current and potential customers.”
