TULSA, OK — Students at Bryant Elementary were surprised Wednesday morning with a special visit from Santa, who had a gift for each of the more than 400 children, according to Tulsa World.
After singing Christmas carols, a booming "Ho-Ho-Ho!" filled the auditorium, cluing the children into the unexpected Christmas plans their teachers and employees of Kimberly-Clark had been planning for months, the article stated.
For the last six years, Kimberly-Clark employees have sponsored a toy drive, and students at Bryant Elementary were this year''s recipients with Santa''s help, the article noted.
According to the article, following an assembly, Santa and Kimberly-Clark employees went class to class giving a gift to each of the children, teachers and support staff.
Bryant Elementary Principal Barbara Mayes said the generosity from Kimberly-Clark employees is greatly appreciated by all the students.
"Without them, some of these kids wouldn''t even get a present this year," Mayes said.
