PHOENIX — The Cleaning Management Institute''s (CMI) Custodial Technician Train The Trainer course visits Arizona State University February 8-10, 2011 — so register today.
CMI''s Train the Trainer course provides all of the tools and skills needed to develop a successful training and certification program for your organization and offers front-line custodial training and independent, third-party certification.
The three-day course includes materials, expert instruction and certification testing that meets the training requirements of ISSA''s Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) program.
CMI Master Trainer Marion Ivey will present the course and administer the practice exam and the certification exams.
Past attendee Michael Wiese, facility manager of All Star Facilities, said: "The Train The Trainer class was awesome. I''ve been in this business for several decades and thought I had a pretty good handle on the industry. This class opened my eyes. Marion Ivey is a great teacher … always upbeat and interesting to listen to."
Also, the Train the Trainer course will be visiting Renton College just outside of Seattle April 27-29, so be sure to inquire about that class as well.
