Carpet Cleaning Certification Seminar in Seattle for Health Care Facilities

Seattle Children’s Hospital is hosting CMM Master Trainer, Author and Consultant William Griffin to conduct a special Two Day Hands-On Commercial Carpet Maintenance Technician Certification Seminar (IICRC/CCMT for Health Care Facilities. The course will be held 3:00 PM - 11:45 PM each day to allow for maximum “hands on” practice in different area of the hospital.
This comprehensive two-day “Hands on Seminar” will focus on the special carpet cleaning and spotting needs of Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and other types of Health Care Facilities. Students will learn and use the latest sustainable technology, procedures, chemicals and equipment available to clean, maintain and restore all carpet fibers, styles and construction used in commercial facilities. Common and specialty carpet cleaning procedures that are used in commercial, educational, health care, food service, industrial and residential properties will be discussed, demonstrated and practiced.

Griffin has over 25 years’ experience in the cleaning industry as a cleaner, consultant and educator. He is the author of the Comprehensive Custodial Training Manual and hundreds of articles regarding cleaning, maintenance and self-employment and is one of only nine Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) Assessors in the world, for the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA). He conducts the CMM “Advanced Train the Trainer” course and is certified by Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) and The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Master Cleaner and Instructor and is an active carpet, wood and hard surface flooring inspector.
