DKI announced on February 21 that J.C. Restoration had received the organization''s claims award, the release noted.
The honor reflects exceptional service on claims submitted during 2010 and is based on four factors: Client feedback, customer feedback, DKI employee feedback and an analysis demonstrating how well the company responds to claims against specific performance standards established by DKI, the release stated.
"We are pleased with our achievement and proud that we continue to uphold DKI''s high standards for service excellence," said Warner Cruz, J.C. Restoration''s president.
