Fish Window Cleaning® Recognized As Top Franchise Organization
St. Louis, Mo., —Fish Window Cleaning®, headquartered in St. Louis, Mo., has been ranked 30th among the top 50 large franchise systems recognized in Franchise Business Review’s 2011 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards.
In addition to being named a top large franchise system, FISH also was listed as a top franchise in the services category, as well as one of the 2011 Top Low Cost Franchises requiring an average investment of less than $100,000.
Franchises were selected for the awards based on a survey of more than 10,000 franchisees representing more than 300 franchise brands. In addition to franchisee satisfaction, other selection criteria included revenue potential and franchise growth. Franchise Business Review president and CEO, Eric Stites, described the survey as including 33 benchmark questions relating to the franchisee’s experience and satisfaction, as well as market area, business lifestyle and other demographics.

In 2010 FISH was ranked 43rd in Franchise Business Review’s Franchisee Satisfaction Awards. The company was founded in 1978 by Mike Merrick and began franchising its operations in 1998. It is the country’s largest window cleaning company. The organization is ranked 139th on Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2011 Franchise 500, 61st on the AllBusiness AllStars Franchise 300, and is listed on the 2010 Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing businesses.
