ATLANTA — U.S. Building Maintenance (USBM) has announced it has been awarded a new service contract to provide facility maintenance and janitorial services to a leading call center provider in Atlanta, according to a press release.

Under the terms of the contract, USBM will maintain a "green clean" program throughout the facilities, the release noted.

"With this latest contract, we are committed to hiring people who are unemployed and need work. We began interviewing and hiring qualified individuals a week ago. The service contract allows us to hire 11 full-time and sixrt-time employees," said USBM President Matt Milks.

"We are also excited that another client has chosen USBM to maintain a "green" facility. We are seeing more and more clients move closer toward Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification and look forward to helping them become more efficient with sustainable operations," Milks added.

According to the release, USBM will provide complete preventative and reactive facility maintenance services at multiple buildings in Atlanta for one year with options for renewal.
