Network Services Company Elects New Members to Board of Directors
Network® Services, a $13 billion international organization of independent distributors serving the healthcare, commercial real estate, industrial, foodservice and printing paper markets, is pleased to announce the election of a new Board Chair and a new member to its Board of Directors.
Tracy Evatt assumed the role of Board Chair effective March 27, 2011. Evatt brings with him more than 30 years of industry experience and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Pollock Paper Distributors (www.pollockpaper.com). Pollock Paper has been a Network Services Member since 1994.
Joining the Network Services Board of Directors in 2011 is Pierre Goudreault, President of Wood Wyant (www.woodwyant.com). Goudreault will be the first non-U.S. member in Network’s history to hold a spot on the Board of Directors. Wood Wyant has been a Network Services Member since 2007.
Network also expresses its gratitude to out-going Board Chair, Meredith Reuben, The Eastern Bag & Paper Group, for her two years of service as Chair and out-going Board Member, Doug Townsend, Paper Products Company, Inc., for his six years of service on the Board of Directors.
