SUDBURY, ON — Students at St. James Catholic School were recently given a presentation about Haiti, according to the Sudbury Local News.
The presentation was given by custodian Sunny Fournier, who visited Haiti after last years'' devastating earthquakes, the article stated.
According to the article, Fournier''s presentation was meant to highlight the struggles and hopes of Haitians as part of the school’s "virtue of the month," empathy.
Fournier is collecting donations to support a Haitian orphanage, the article noted.
