Network Services Company receives two information technology awards

SCHAUMBURG, IL — Network Services Company is pleased to accept two awards that recognize Network for its ability to create genuine business value through innovation in information technology (IT), according to a press release.

In 2010, Network converted three separate ERP systems into one common platform, a platform that Network is the first company in North America to implement, and all in less than 13 months, the release stated.

According to the release, this significant undertaking has created new and improved business processes that have strengthened Network''s overall service capabilities, and represents a tremendous business value to our customers, members and partners.

In recognition of this achievement, Network has won the 2010 Impact Award for Large Enterprise from Americas'' SAP Users'' Group (ASUG) and the 2011 CIO 100 award from IDG''s CIO magazine, which recognizes organizations around the world that exemplify the highest level of operational and strategic excellence in IT, the release noted.
