EUGENE, OR — Police are still on the lookout for a man accused of assaulting a Willagillespie School custodian, according to KEZI-TV.
A night custodian was emptying the trash around 10 p.m. when a man hiding behind a recycling bin hit her with a brick, the article stated.
According to the article, the custodian was able to escape into the building and lock the assailant out, but school officials now worry about their employees'' safety.
"It''s very scary to really know that we are unsafe. And the implications of how we do our job, we are going to have to modify," said Stella Dadson, Willagillespie principal.
The victim was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries, the article noted.
