VANCOUVER, WA — The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) has announced that Mili Washington has been hired as the new IICRC standards director, according to a press release.

At the IICRC, Washington’s focus in the coming year will be to streamline the standards development process and strategy at the IICRC, work toward American National Standards Institute (ANSI) approval for new and revised ANSI/IICRC standards and use more digital tools to make virtual collaboration come to life, the release stated.

"We welcome Washington to the IICRC," said IICRC President Patrick Winters.

"Her strong background with ANSI accredited standards development will continue to help the IICRC reach its goal of being recognized as developing the most credible, collaborative and up-to-date standards of care for our allied industries," Winters added.
