LAS VEGAS — The students of Lundy Elementary School know each other, but not the namesake of the school they attend, according to the Las Vegas Journal-Review.

Earl B. Lundy was the head custodian of the former Mt. Charleston Elementary School for 18 years, also serving as the school''s food service manager, the article stated.

According to the article, Lundy was always "there with a smile and a helping hand for each child."
