PLAISTOW, NH — Yesterday was Bob Crossman Day at Pollard School, according to the Eagle-Tribune.
The entire school came together in celebration of Crossman''s 27 years as the school''s custodian, the article stated.
According to the article, the school threw him a party for his last day.
"Classes are coming through, reading poems, giving him drawings and singing," said principal Michelle Gaydos.
"The kids all brought in a quarter and we bought golf lessons, golf tees and a golf bucket filled with gifts for him," Gaydos added.
Crossman plans to spend his retirement playing golf, doing yard work and spending time with his family, the article noted.
