BILLINGS, MT — An outbreak of norovirus looks to be the culprit behind the illnesses of nearly 200 students, according to The Republic.

City and county health officials did confirm the presence of norovirus in the sick children, but could not confirm the source of the virus, which originated at Beartooth Elementary school, the article stated.

According to the article, nearly half of the school''s 460 students were absent on Friday.
