PITTSBURGH, PA — A former custodian is suing the Penn Hills School District for allegedly violating her civil rights, according to the Pittsburg Tribune-Review.
Diane Coglio, 46, claims she was forced to resign her custodial position after school officials illegally searched her cell phone, the article stated.
