AUBURN, AL — A former Centaur Building Services employee is filing a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit against the company, according to The Auburn Plainsman.

Demetraus Walker, 30, is claiming his termination from Centaur was in direct retaliation for complaints he made against former operations manager, Kim Love, the article stated.

"She had me thinking in the beginning that she was taking me under her wing and was training me for a site manager position," said Walker.

"Then she started making a lot of sexual advances toward me, and I shot her down. I told her that she was my boss, and I didn''t want to deal with her in that manner," Walker added.

According to the article, Walker is seeking reinstatement, back pay and other compensation.
