ST. LOUIS, MO — Fish Window Cleaning has been ranked 14th among the top 50 large franchise systems in the 2012 Franchisee Satisfaction Survey conducted by Franchise Business Review, according to a press release.
More than 22,000 franchisees completed the survey covering training and support, system communication, franchisor/franchisee relations, financial opportunity, business lifestyle and overall satisfaction with their business, the release stated.
According to the release, 64 percent of Fish Window Cleaning’s franchisees participated in the Franchise Business Review satisfaction survey.
“We’ve surveyed Fish Window cleaning for the past five years, and they’ve consistently done well. Based on what I’ve seen, I’m not surprised that they scored especially high in the areas of leadership and franchise community,” said Franchise Business Review President Michelle Rowan.
“This recognition, based on our franchisees’ input, is the highest compliment our system can earn. I am extremely pleased to see Fish continue to grow and help our franchisees fulfill their goals for success and independence,” Fish Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) S. Michael Merrick added.
