Fish Window Cleaning® Is Winner Of Franchisee Satisfaction Award

St. Louis, Mo.--Based on a survey of franchisees from more than 300 franchise brands, St. Louis-based Fish Window Cleaning® has been ranked 14th among the top 50 large franchise systems in the 2012 Franchisee Satisfaction Survey conducted by Franchise Business Review. This is the fifth year that FISH has been recognized as a top franchise based on the survey.

More than 22,000 franchisees completed the survey covering training and support, system communication, franchisor/franchisee relations, financial opportunity, business lifestyle and overall satisfaction with their business. Sixty-four percent of Fish Window Cleaning’s franchisees participated in the Franchise Business Review satisfaction survey. Commenting on the results, Franchise Business Review president Michelle Rowan said, “We’ve surveyed Fish Window cleaning for the past five years, and they’ve consistently done well. Based on what I’ve seen, I’m not surprised that they scored especially high in the areas of leadership and franchise community.”

Fish Window Cleaning was founded in 1978 and began franchising in 1998. Currently the system has 240 U.S. locations. FISH is the largest window cleaning company in the country. The organization ranked 68th on Dun & Bradstreet’s AllBusiness Allstars 2012 Top 100 Franchises, 119th on Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2012 Franchise 500 and was named to the 2011 Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing businesses.
