Tuesday''s Ask the Experts question from a cleaning professional on the International Custodial Advisors Network (ICAN) "Ask the Experts" page: I am starting a new floor coating biz and it''s the no-strip system using a 2 part urethane. Do you think this will take over the conventional strip and refinish? I know the urethane is more costly, but it saves so much money in the long run. I just wanted your thoughts and a good way to get it off the ground. I think there are more pros then cons.

This system or some variation of it has been around for going on 15 years and has been sold by several different companies without much success. Problems relate to difficulties with application, removal, and yellowing.
