Legend Rewards program showing strong participation

BURLINGTON, WA — Only three years after launch, Legend Rewards has reached 5,000 program participants, according to a press release.

On Thursday, April 19, a 5,000-point Legend Rewards certificate was sent to recognize the 5,000th registrant, Gavin Dawson of ServiceMaster Clean of Chatham, Ontario, the release stated.

"This is a significant segment of the overall cleaning and restoration market," said John Ormsby, president of Dri-Eaz Products and ProRestore Products.

"We''re very pleased to have identified with such an effective tool to reward our customers'' loyalty," Ormsby added.

According to the release, Legend Rewards, the restoration industry''s first customer loyalty program for both the U.S. and Canada, provides participants points in product boxes or after truckmount registration, based on the value of the products purchased from Legend Brands companies, including Dri-Eaz, ProRestore and Sapphire Scientific.

Many participants redeem their Legend Rewards for products they can use to further build their businesses — iPads, GPS units, tools and even Legend Brands products, the release noted.

Points can also be used to "buy" a wide variety of products and services that can be used to reward top employees — electronics, tools, videos, books, music, travel packages and cruises, the release added.
