NORCROSS, GA — Unisource Worldwide Inc. is partnering with Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International members as a BOMA 360 Ambassador, according to a press release.

According to the release, the BOMA 360 Performance Program evaluates buildings against industry best practices in six major areas, including:

• Building operations and management
• Life safety, security and risk management
• Training and education
• Energy, environmental/sustainability
• Tenant relations/community involvement.

Individual buildings that satisfy the requirements in all six areas are awarded the BOMA 360 designation, the release stated.

"In this increasingly competitive marketplace, building owners and managers are constantly seeking ways to differentiate their buildings against other properties. A BOMA 360 designation signals to owners, tenants and prospective tenants that a building is managed and operated to the highest standards in the industry," said Garrett Gerst, senior marketing manager of facility supplies for Unisource.
