FORT WORTH, TX — Steamatic Inc. was recently named to the 2012 Military Friendly Franchises list by G.I. Jobs magazine, according to a press release.
The 2012 list is comprised of the top 10 percent of the nation''s franchises that are "doing the most to recruit military veterans," the release stated.
According to the release, the list is determined through research by the magazine''s military friendly franchises team and includes a comprehensive survey of more than 4,000 franchises.
"We are very proud of our corporate and franchise support of the military and are especially fortunate to be included among so many admired and respected companies who are also on the list," said Bill Sims, president of Steamatic.
"Military support is one of our key initiatives; for example, we also participate in VetFran, an International Franchise Association program that offers incentives to veterans who are considering franchising," Sims added.
