New app aims to streamline claim assignments

BERKLEY, MI — CRDN has launched a third platform for its new mobile application that enables restoration professionals to assign claims, upload claim data and loss site photos, view the progress of open jobs and directly contact their local CRDN service provider, according to a press release.

Previously offered for iPhone and Android, CRDN Mobile is now available to Blackberry users seeking expert textile restoration services that help those insured recover from damage to their homes, the release stated.

According to the release, CRDN Mobile was developed in response to what many restoration contractors and adjusters indicated were some of their most important needs, including the ability to track the progress of a claim in real time.

"Our new mobile app is another step toward streamlining communications among CRDN service providers, our clients and their customers," said Wayne Wudyka, CRDN''s chief executive officer (CEO).

"We believe integrating mobile technology will further enhance our 24/7 availability and response and, in turn, ease the ability for restoration contractors and adjusters to provide their customers with necessary and prompt attention," Wudyka added.

Industry professionals can download CRDN Mobile at the CRDN website or from the platform-specific websites, the release noted.
