Encapsulation, one of the latest developments in cleaning chemistry, can:

  • Increase production rates.
  • Keep carpets cleaner longer between cleanings.
  • Prevent headaches, such as wicking.

How does encapsulation work?
There are two types of soil: Dry soil and sticky soil.

Routine vacuuming removes dry soil — removing soil bound to fibers is where encapsulation shines.

First, crystallizing polymers encase soil. As the crystallizing polymer cures, it absorbs the sticky soils that hold dry soil in place.

It then releases from the fiber and becomes the vehicle for removal via vacuuming.

With these oily soils out of the way, the carpet immediately looks cleaner; and with no dirt-attracting residue left behind, the carpet continues to look good long after the cleaning.
